Company announcement · 04/01/2026

Global Career Incubator, headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo, with representative directors Shinichi Ikawa and Yusuke Genma at the time of this announcement, participated in the PR TIMES April Dream Project.

The aspiration GCI shared was to build a system through which people and businesses from Japan can continually emerge and thrive on the global stage.

The press release explains our concern that, although Japan has capabilities that can succeed globally, career transitions, recruitment, development and organization building remain disconnected, and the systems that support people and businesses in taking on new challenges are insufficient.

It also describes the future GCI seeks to create by bridging those gaps.

The future GCI aims to create

For individuals, GCI provides career coaching, interview preparation and business English coaching, supporting continued growth after a career move. For businesses, its support extends to recruitment strategy, talent development and organizational development.

Our aim is a society where individuals who want to take on challenges and businesses that want to change can meet, grow and create a continuing cycle of achievement. This was the message GCI shared through April Dream.
