Candidates/Questions to ask
What is the current "profit" subtracted from? Do you include advertising costs, returns, and customer service costs in your evaluation?
Interviewer/information obtained

QUESTIONS

Preparing for Google: your questions

QDo you prepare the same way for every position at Google?

We design a curriculum to suit the job you're applying for, your selection guide, and your current experience. Each person has a different emphasis on how they communicate their experience, how they think about problems, and how they collaborate with customers and teams. We will check the scope of preparation based on the recruitment requirements and selection status.

QCan I consult with you before submitting application documents?

Yes. We will support you from the stage of confirming the connection with the job you are applying for and organizing what experience to convey in application documents and interviews. If you want to think about choosing a company or job, you can also consider PIVOT.

QDo you also support interviews in English?

We will work with a coach who specializes in English communication, from organizing the content to hypothetical question-and-answer sessions and rehearsing. Determine your responsibilities and focus based on the job you are applying for and the language of the interview.

QAre preliminary mock interviews included in the regular number of sessions?

This is a separate session that takes place after signing the contract and before the start of the session. A detailed report will be created based on the responses, shared and explained in the first session, and then the students will move on to practice their individual assignments.

QCan you tell me the actual Google question and the answer that will pass?

GCAP is not Google's official recruitment center. We will help you prepare to convey your experiences and thoughts based on publicly available information and the employment and work experience of coaches. We do not provide confidential company information or promise recruitment results.
