Launch of GCI services and website

Global Career Incubator was established in December 2023 in Minato-ku, Tokyo, with representative directors Shinichi Ikawa and Yusuke Genma. The company was founded to provide career consulting focused on career transition and recruitment support for bilingual and senior-level professionals, and on developing careers through business English skills that enable immediate contribution in global environments.

Services began on 1 March 2024, when GCI received its licence to operate a fee-charging employment placement business. By combining recruitment consulting, talent placement, training and coaching for businesses with job placement, business English coaching and career consulting for individuals, GCI aims to support meaningful career advancement for bilingual professionals.

The company website also launched on 1 March 2024 to coincide with the start of services.
