Shun began his career at an energy trading company, where he gained experience in corporate sales, new business development, and P&L management. He later moved into recruitment, specializing in the healthcare and executive talent sectors, where he supported values-driven matching by connecting clients’ hiring needs with candidates’ values and career aspirations.
Most recently, he helped launch a new recruitment service, leading initiatives across business planning, KPI design, sales organization development, and AI-enabled matching and scouting automation. His strength lies in turning recruitment and sales processes into scalable, repeatable systems rather than relying on individual execution alone.
