Ryuichiro has extensive experience across financial services, including megabanking, retail finance, overseas subsidiary management, internal audit, and internal control.

At Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, he held roles in corporate research, M&A, U.S. operations, large corporate banking, new business planning, business quality management, and branch management.

He later served as an Executive Officer, Head of Corporate Audit, and Representative Director of a bank holding company within the AEON Group’s financial services arm, leading subsidiary management, governance enhancement, performance improvement, and system implementation initiatives.

Drawing on his expertise in management, finance, and governance, he specializes in defining business-aligned talent requirements and assessing senior executives, financial professionals, and corporate function talent.
