Find the challenge. Make it yourself. Operate on site.
Global Career Incubator Co., Ltd. (GCI) is a company based in Japan that supports both companies and individuals. Through three businesses: management/organizational consulting, recruitment/introduction of management/specialist personnel, and support for career/ability development, we connect ideas and abilities to sustainable results. We do not treat corporations and individuals as means for the benefit of the other, but instead treat them as equal partners and customers.
We do not stop at just making proposals and implementing work; we share the results we are aiming for with our customers, repeatedly implement and improve them, and leave them with the power to make their own decisions and move forward. By combining AI and expertise, we share the reasons for decisions, support methods, and quality standards with our team, accumulate internal knowledge, and utilize it for the next customer support.
Sales, customer support, internal information sharing. This is a position where you get involved in on-site work and use generative AI (artificial intelligence) and business tools to change the way work is done.
What we are looking for is someone who can not only come up with improvement ideas or outsource development to others and manage it, but also someone who can create a small prototype, have people actually use it, and make repeated modifications. Experience in business planning or management positions is not required. We focus more on what you have created and whose work you have changed, rather than your previous job titles.
We discuss priority issues with the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) and are responsible for starting with a single task, implementing it, verifying effectiveness, and establishing operation. We will develop the results and knowledge gained there into a system that can be used across businesses.
We are recruiting as a full-time employee (no fixed period). The trial period is 3 months. Wages and other working conditions remain the same during the trial period.
The expected amount is 6 million to 12 million yen/year. The annual amount before tax and social insurance premiums is determined by the person's experience and skills.
Based in Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
You will work from 08:30 to 17:00 (1 hour break).
We will work remotely one day a week (adjusted according to the situation).
Global Career Incubator (GCI) supports both corporations and individuals through three businesses: management and organizational consulting, human resource introduction, and career and ability development support.
In order to grow a business while improving the quality of support for customers, it is necessary to change the system of work, data, and knowledge so that it can be used by multiple people, rather than keeping the ingenuity and experience of the person in charge private. We are looking for colleagues who can work with on-site personnel to identify issues and make improvements starting from small implementations using generative AI and business tools.
We identify the issues at the site, create a system ourselves, work with users to improve it, and get it established so that the person in charge can continue using it.
Our mission is to connect one improvement to the quality of customer support and business results, and to expand it into a form that can be used in other operations and businesses. By connecting management policies and on-site facts, we go beyond simply increasing internal efficiency to improving the execution capabilities of GCI as a whole.
Review work with sales, customer support, and business operations personnel and find out why postings, confirmations, searches, pending decisions, and rework occur. If necessary, I will conduct practical work myself to understand the current situation.
Rather than automating existing tasks as is, we distinguish between tasks to be eliminated, tasks to be determined by humans, and tasks to be entrusted to AI or tools, based on the purpose. We decide priorities with the CEO and business managers based on customer value, quality, workload, and ease of implementation.
Build small-scale business flows yourself using generative AI, customer management and document management tools, no-code, simple scripts, etc. It connects the organization of input information, processing design, human confirmation, and saving and sharing of results.
We don't just select tools, we also handle settings, connections, operation checks, and corrections. For areas that require advanced development or safety judgment, we collaborate with experts.
Have the person in charge at the site use it, check for ease of use, processing failures, and lack of information and make improvements. Rather than just adopting the output of AI, we will prepare quality standards, confirmation methods, and responses to exceptions.
We not only check work hours, but also check/rework, quality, and usage status, and move the system to a state where the person in charge can operate it even if the person in charge is not present.
We will leave the implemented mechanism and the reason for the decision and organize it in a format that can be used by other tasks and personnel. We will work with experts in each business to review the quality of support and service provided to customers.
We go beyond simply increasing internal efficiency to improving the quality of customer response, proposals, and support, and making improvements that will lead to business growth.
Below are some examples of themes to work on. The specific targets and order will be decided based on the priority issues of the business and the individual's experience and strengths.
[Connecting career support preparations and records] We organize Global Career Accelerator Program (GCAP) participant information, interview records, assignments, and next preparations, creating a flow that allows coaches to focus on making decisions and providing guidance. Final decisions on evaluations and external reports are made by people.
[Reducing duplication of work in sales and project management] Connects everything from inquiries and business negotiation records to organizing necessary information, updating project information, and confirming next actions. We also design a confirmation process to prevent erroneous updates and how to handle exceptions.
[We will make the expertise of experts usable for the next support] We will extract the necessary knowledge from past proposals and support records while respecting the purpose of use and authority, and create a system that can be used with evidence for the next proposal and preparation.
- By 30 days after joining the company, we will understand the work at the site, confirm one priority issue and the state before improvement, and create a prototype.
- By 60 days after joining the company, the person in charge will make it available for trial use, check for usage problems and quality, and make improvements.
- By 90 days after joining the company, the person in charge will proceed with operation and handover, and be in a position to explain the effects, including confirmation and rework.
Rather than shouldering the responsibility of improving the entire company from the beginning, we first complete one theme and then develop methods laterally. Using the following as a guide, agree on the goal depending on the theme you are responsible for.
We check not only the number of tools introduced, but also the usage status, workload including confirmation and rework, quality, operation by other personnel, and changes in customer support.
Belonging to a corporate planning department, managing managers/subordinates, or having experience in the human resources industry is not required.
We welcome experience in turning on-site issues into systems on your own in positions such as sales planning, customer support, business operations, business improvement, and system implementation. "Leading" doesn't just mean managing subordinates. I look forward to working with those around me to move forward with the issues I am responsible for, until they are implemented and established.
You will gain experience in consistently making a single improvement, from discovering on-site issues to prototyping, implementation, effectiveness verification, and operational establishment. This job allows you to interact with CEOs and business experts to see how your implementation has changed the way customers are treated and serviced.
At first, we will produce results with one theme and then expand the method to other operations and businesses. Through implementation, you will improve your ability to understand the business, determine priorities, and involve multiple people.
In addition to quantitative results such as sales according to the role, we check the changes that have occurred to customers, the quality of support, the quality of judgment, standardization/automation, training/knowledge sharing, and contributions to business development/improvement. We look not just at the numbers or the amount of work, but whether we have improved both customer outcomes and the team's ability to deliver.
- We are looking for experience in understanding the issues of sales, customer support, business operations, administrative work, etc., and setting up and building business flows and tools on your own to put them into use in actual business. Even small improvements are fine.
- We are looking for experience in prototyping and improving work using generative AI. We place importance on being able to explain in your own words the information to be input, the quality of output, confirmation methods, and improvements made.
- We are looking for the ability to create systems that run on their own using no-code, configuring and linking business tools, or simple scripts, and to be able to investigate and fix problems. No specific programming language or experience as a professional engineer is required.
- We ask that you communicate with the person in charge of using the system, agree on objectives, priorities, and completion conditions, and proceed with improvements and handover after implementation.
- We require the ability to explain business matters and build consensus in Japanese, as well as gather information, read documents, and read and write in English.
We value not only experience in defining requirements and managing outsourced companies, but also experience in setting up, building, verifying operation, and modifying your own settings.
Regarding the actual introduction of generative AI, even if we are unable to implement it due to restrictions at the company we belong to, we will consider it if we can explain and demonstrate a prototype that we have created with practical use in mind. We do not substitute an interest in AI or a qualification for the person's own implementation experience.
- We welcome experience working with users to improve operations in areas such as sales planning, customer support, and business operations.
- We welcome experience in incorporating generation AI into business flows, checking output quality, and designing responses to exceptions.
- We welcome experience in configuring and linking business tools, organizing and processing data, and automating using no-code or scripts.
- We welcome experience in checking the usage status of introduced systems, organizing procedures, providing explanations to users, and proceeding with operational transfer.
- We welcome experience in identifying issues and making improvements in small organizations or environments where methods have not yet been determined.
- We welcome experience in linking the effects of improvements to management decisions through management/business planning, management accounting, business index design, etc.
- We welcome experience in collaborating with external experts responsible for advanced development by specifying requirements, role divisions, and acceptance criteria.

- We are looking for someone who understands the on-site work and can consider whether the requested method is the best.
- Rather than just waiting for the perfect plan, we are looking for someone who can make something small, have people use it, and improve it.
- When something doesn't work properly, we're looking for someone who can investigate the cause and make corrections using AI and experts.
- We are looking for someone who can not only use the service themselves, but also be responsible for ensuring that other staff can continue to use it.
- We are looking for someone who can think beyond efficiency to the quality of customer support, judgment, and business results.
