With over 10 years of experience in the HR and recruitment industry, he has been involved in the recruitment of over 300 companies and have conducted career consulting for over 3,000 individuals.
Yusuke has provided career consulting tailored to candidates for specialized positions, and has been committed to recruitment consulting that ranges from formulating recruitment strategies to building operations with company executives.

HR Strategy Partner
Shinichi’s career began at the Japan Ministry of Defense. He was selected as the first person to be dispatched to the Australian Department of Defense, and he has since worked in the field of international exchange. He then pivoted himself to the business world, subsequently building his career at a major real estate firm, launching a real estate venture, and taking on key management and recruitment roles at domestic investment funds, Japanese enterprises, and a foreign tech company, before co-founding GCI.
He excels in delivering consulting and operational streamlining by integrating both the perspective of corporate executives and heads of recruitment, as well as the career advancement needs of candidates.
