GCAP ELEVATE is a coaching program aimed at solving professional challenges and advancing your career without switching jobs.
You’ll be partnered with a dedicated career mentor who will walk alongside you to address workplace issues, pursue promotions, or build new skills. Through deeper self-awareness, you’ll define your true goals and adopt the behaviors needed to achieve them.

Identifying your genuine mindset and translating that into actionable change typically takes at least three months. We provide flexible, one-on-one sessions aligned with your circumstances and goals, adapting our coaching approach if and when your situation changes.

Comprehensive Skill Development
Juggling both work and family commitments can make it tough to focus on upskilling. When necessary, we integrate English or specialized skill sessions into the program to support your career objectives.
To maximize results, we recommend at least one session every two to four weeks for a total of around three months—though we can adjust this based on your specific needs and situation.

STEP01
Free Career Consultation & Initial Meeting
A professional coach or mentor will discuss your current challenges and objectives. Based on this conversation, we will propose a customized program tailored to your individual needs.
STEP02
Self-Awareness & Goal Setting
We’ll take inventory of your values, strengths, and weaknesses, then set clear objectives. Working closely with your coach, you’ll uncover what you truly want to achieve—stripping away any superficial ambitions to reveal your genuine aspirations.
STEP03
Coaching Sessions
You’ll hold regular sessions with your dedicated coach or mentor to tackle specific issues. Examples include resolving workplace challenges, implementing skill-up plans, and refining feedback strategies.
STEP04
Progress Monitoring & Feedback
Between sessions, you can seek advice or ask questions via chat. In your next session, you’ll review real-world outcomes from your workplace or home life and make necessary adjustments. If new challenges emerge or your goals shift, we’ll adapt the session schedule or approach as needed.
STEP05
Achieving Results & Exploring the Next Step
Once you’ve met your initial goals—such as passing a promotion exam or successfully completing a project—your program reaches a milestone. You can then set new objectives or, if needed, explore a career move (PIVOT). Rather than an ending, think of it as the start of your next phase.
