Yusuke co-founded Global Career Incubator after serving as a manager for more than 10 years at Robert Walters and enworld Japan, both specializing in global executive search and headhunting.

Shinichi’s career began at the Japan Ministry of Defense. He was selected as the first person to be dispatched to the Australian Department of Defense, and he has since worked in the field of international exchange. He then pivoted himself to the business world, subsequently building his career at a major real estate firm, launching a real estate venture, and taking on key management and recruitment roles at domestic investment funds, Japanese enterprises, and a foreign tech company, before co-founding GCI.

Prior to AWS, she worked in Japan and Singapore as a consultant at a recruitment firm specialising in global companies, dedicated to IT and digital talent, and partnered with a broad range of clients, from start-ups to major tech enterprises.

With a proven track record leading data product development and machine learning projects at Amazon, Yangjie has lead a variety of AI and DX products, including data science, generative AI, recommendation systems, marketing optimization, and business automation. Yangjie excels in bridging the gap between technology and business and have extensive experience as a technical interviewer at multinational companies, as well as providing interview coaching for data job aspirants. Yangjie is also dedicated to career support.

Leveraging his background in e-commerce and IT, Yangjie has over 10 years of experience in the “matrix” areas of data science, business intelligence, data engineering, and AI product management. Yangjie leads everything from identifying business challenges and designing features to developing end-to-end complex data products and formulating roadmaps.
