He was selected as the first person to be dispatched to the Australian Department of Defense, and he has since worked in the field of international exchange. He then pivoted himself to the business world, subsequently building his career at a major real estate firm, launching a real estate venture, and taking on key management and recruitment roles at domestic investment funds, Japanese enterprises, and a foreign tech company, before co-founding GCI.

Leading cross-regional projects across Japan and EMEA, she embedded AWS’s Leadership Principles (OLP) throughout the selection process and drove the entire hiring cycle—from candidate identification through offer negotiation—interviewing and supporting hundreds of professionals.

At Amazon, Yangjie led data‑product development and machine‑learning initiatives. Leveraging more than ten years of cross‑disciplinary expertise spanning Data Science, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and AI Product Management, they founded Aideon Inc., where they now help organizations build AI‑ and DX‑driven solutions in areas such as data science, generative AI, marketing optimization, and workflow automation.
