Through the educational and working experiences in the U.S., he acquired a proficient level of English.
The Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011 served as a catalyst for him to prioritize human connection and bond with Japan, which ultimately led to his decision to return.
Yusuke co-founded Global Career Incubator after serving as a manager for more than 10 years at Robert Walters and enworld Japan, both specializing in global executive search and headhunting.

Shinichi IKAWA

Shinichi’s career began at the Japan Ministry of Defense. He was selected as the first person to be dispatched to the Australian Department of Defense, and he has since worked in the field of international exchange. He then pivoted himself to the business world, subsequently building his career at a major real estate firm, launching a real estate venture, and taking on key management and recruitment roles at domestic investment funds, Japanese enterprises, and a foreign tech company, before co-founding GCI.

He excels in delivering consulting and operational streamlining by integrating both the perspective of corporate executives and heads of recruitment, as well as the career advancement needs of candidates.

Ryutaro YAMADA

Consultant/Entrepreneur/Startup Investor

After joining Amazon Web Services straight out of university, Ryutaro spearheaded onboarding and cloud‑solution proposals for 300–400 startups as a Startup Account Manager.

He later founded the creative agency beer Inc., providing recruitment branding and video production for clients ranging from large enterprises to government bodies, while also supporting growth at media platform PIVOT as a designer.

Today, leveraging his hybrid expertise in sales and design to back early‑stage founders, he works as an Investment Manager at Scrum Ventures, driving startup investment support and new‑business creation.

At Amazon, Yangjie led data‑product development and machine‑learning initiatives. Leveraging more than ten years of cross‑disciplinary expertise spanning Data Science, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and AI Product Management, they founded Aideon Inc., where they now help organizations build AI‑ and DX‑driven solutions in areas such as data science, generative AI, marketing optimization, and workflow automation.
