Yusuke graduated from California State University San Marcos and co-founded Agarscents Bazaar in California.
Through the educational and working experiences in the U.S., he acquired a proficient level of English.
The Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011 served as a catalyst for him to prioritize human connection and bond with Japan, which ultimately led to his decision to return.
Yusuke co-founded Global Career Incubator after serving as a manager for more than 10 years at Robert Walters and enworld Japan, both specializing in global executive search and headhunting.

Shinichi’s career began at Japan Ministry of Defense.He was selected as the first person to be dispatched to the Australian Department of Defense, and he has since worked in the field of international exchange. He then pivoted himself to the business world, where he gained experience in executive management and recruitment at a major real estate company, a real estate venture, a venture capital and a operating company in Japan, and an overseas IT company. He then co-founded Global Career Incubator (GCI).
His expertise lies in career counseling that focuses on helping job seekers achieve their career goals while meeting the specific hiring requirements of companies, as seen through the eyes of corporate executives and hiring managers.

After graduation experienced international sales then started a career in recruitment agency specializing in foreign companies as a Senior Advisor. Built over 2,500 relations with candidates providing tailored career advice.
With experience of managing a YouTube channel in the past developed branding and marketing skills through web media. Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English.
