Shinichi’s career began at Japan Ministry of Defense.He was selected as the first person to be dispatched to the Australian Department of Defense, and he has since worked in the field of international exchange. He then pivoted himself to the business world, where he gained experience in executive management and recruitment at a major real estate company, a real estate venture, a venture capital and a operating company in Japan, and an overseas IT company. He then co-founded Global Career Incubator (GCI).
His expertise lies in career counseling that focuses on helping job seekers achieve their career goals while meeting the specific hiring requirements of companies, as seen through the eyes of corporate executives and hiring managers.
