Michael McCoy is a bilingual leadership coach (EMCC accredited) and team facilitator with international experience. After studying Japan’s business culture and language, he ran a consultancy in London targeting Japanese companies, refining his negotiation skills while navigating the Asian Currency Crisis. In 2004, he was invited to join Panasonic’s European headquarters, where he achieved €100M in cost savings and promoted team collaboration within a complex organization of over 10,000 employees, earning the Directors’ Foundation Day Prize in 2008. Since then, he has coached executives and teams from Japanese companies, Fortune 500 firms, and even government ministers on topics such as leadership, team building, emotional intelligence, and cross-cultural influence.
