STEP 01:Kick-off Meeting with a Client

Our consultants will initiate an in-depth discussion to comprehensively grasp the following aspects: the job scope and responsibilities, the requisite experience, skills, and qualifications essential for the role.

STEP 02:Screening of Candidates

Based on the information gathered in the meeting, we will screen our extensive database of highly qualified candidates who have received career consulting and business English coaching from GCI.

Our proactive approach involves simultaneously conducting targeted outreach initiatives to identify and present the most suitable candidates for your organization.

STEP 03:Candidate Engagement and Incubation Programs

Our consultants will conduct interviews with each candidate to assess their experience, skills, language proficiency, and interest in the position.

We will also evaluate their fit for your company culture.

Only candidates who meet your requirements and are genuinely interested in the position will be recommended to you. In addition, we can provide business skills and English coaching to help candidates meet your requirements.

STEP 04:Job Interview Schedule Coordination

GCI will coordinate the interview schedule between you and the candidates.

STEP 05:Interview Feedback and Contract Negotiation

We promptly follow up with both candidates and companies after interviews. We collect feedback and ensure that it is immediately leveraged to enhance the recruitment process.

STEP 06:Hiring

Once the company and the candidate have agreed on the terms of employment, an employment contract will be signed.

Our fee will be invoiced on the candidate’s start date. If the candidate resigns for personal reasons within a certain period of time after starting work, we will either propose a new candidate or refund the fee, according to our contract.

STEP 07:Post-Placement Follow-Up

Our commitment extends beyond candidate placement. As professional talent advisors, we maintain ongoing communication with both parties to ensure satisfaction and successful candidate performance.
