When are placement fees charged for your Talent Placement Services?
No fees are incurred until the candidate actually joins your company. If, within a specified period, the candidate leaves for personal reasons, we will either propose a new candidate or refund the fees based on the terms of our agreement. Feel free to contact us for details.
Can you provide services in languages other than English and Japanese?
We’re continuously working to expand our language offerings, but at present we operate only in English and Japanese. If you have a preferred language, please contact us to discuss possible options.
