When do I have to pay a fee for your recruitment services?

You will not be charged any fee until the candidate we introduce to you joins your company. In the event that the candidate resigns for personal reasons within a certain period of time after joining the company, we will either propose a new candidate or refund the fee based on the terms of our contract with you. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Can you provide services in languages other than English and Japanese?

We are currently working on expanding our supported languages, but unfortunately, at this time, we can only provide services in English and Japanese. If you have a preferred language that we do not currently support, please feel free to let us know here.

Can you customize your recruitment consulting plans to fit my company’s needs?
